Creating a New Email Account or adding an email account is EASY.
Just follow these steps:
Once your logged into your IMShosting Acct,
#1 Go to Number of Products/Services and click View
#2 Choose which hosting package or domain you want a new email for and click "View Details"
#3 Scroll to the bottom of that page and click "Login to cPanel"
#4 Once inside your cPanel, scroll to the 2nd section titled "Mail" and click on "Email Accounts"
#5 Now enter the prefix for the email account, i.e. "Support" "Your Name" "Sales"
#6 Enter a password (twice) or use the password generator
#7 Click "Create Account"
It's THAT easy! Now create as many email accounts as you need.
Make sure every employee is using a company email address as that is FREE Advertising for YOUR business!
